How do we store your data?

Rupture securely stores your data at its office at Unit 4, St. John’s House, High Street, Tallaght, in digital form and/or in hardcopy.

Rupture will keep your personal identification information for no greater than six years. Once this time period has expired, we will request your consent to retain data for another period of six years, or delete your data by removing it from all Rupture databases. Rupture may dispose of your data before the six year time limit.

Compromise of personal data

In the event that Rupture becomes aware of a breach of security in which your personal identification information has been compromised, we will promptly notify you and the Data Protection Commissioner..
